We have a highly visible office building in Southington, seen directly beside Interstate 84. We wanted to prepare the building to put on the commercial lease market, and wanted to “refresh” the interior 11,000 square foot office and work space.

I contacted P&J after an internet search. The search results in the general Central Connecticut area had many choices, but P&J really stood out with positive reviews.

The customers were happy with the responsiveness and quality of the work. (Now I know why …)

After a phone call, the owner, Pablo, called back, and came to review the work the very next morning.

Meeting Pablo was interesting, since I really felt comfortable right from the start that he knew what was needed, and had that ‘experienced background’ feeling. We walked through, talked over each area, and the time frame we were looking for.

Pablo got us a proposal quickly, and arrived on the set date with both equipment and staff in a timely manner, ready to begin the job. They handled each area of the building in a careful and detailed manner. The teams worked over the next few days and finished on time, leaving everything in perfect order.

They handled everything from deep and detailed cleaning and shampooing carpets, to a total cleaning of woodwork, walls, vents, windows, etc. They power washed the white exterior, and washed the tall skylight windows until they sparkled. Even the office kitchen area looked brand new when they were done, and the total office looked ready to occupy immediately.

It was a very lucky find from an internet search. And Pablo and his team would be my first choice to return for other related work.
